3. Ready your academy certificates/transcripts, awards, prizes details on hand
4. Prepare write-ups on:
1. State your ECA in school/college/university/community/workplace giving level of participation and office held, why you have chosen these activities, and how you came to have these appointments.
2. 
   
   Please give us a candid account of your personal qualities, both strengths and weaknesses.
5. Fill up application form on SIA careers page
6. Wait for reply 

Tips

2. Showcase characteristics desirable of a Pilot and as a Singapore Airlines employee in CV/ "Any other relevant Information" section of application form
1. Include instances that display teamwork- CCAs, team sports, voluntary teamwork etc
2. Demonstrate some hand-eye coordination- Sports like Hockey, Squash, Badminton, Driving licence, Boat licence, Flying hours, PPL etc.
3. In your cover letter, state reasons why you want to be a pilot, why you want to be a pilot of SIA, and why you are a suitable (and outstanding) candidate for this cadetship

Observations

In 2015, the first tranche of shortlisted candidates (approx. 250) seem to consist of university graduates and at least 24.5 years old of age. Observations on the subsequent tranche also showed likewise. It could be observed that HR is considering candidates with a university degree FIRST.
